Our Story

Lovingly designed for little ones, thoughtfully created for moms.

Hi! I’m Joyce! I started designing Ma.Me in 2018 during my maternity leave as a first-time mom. Like many new parents, I was stepping into the unknown—but I was lucky to have the support of other moms, our cultures, and our community to help guide me.

We also went through so many baby products—some became essentials, while others left me wishing for small changes. That’s where Ma.Me began: with sketches and prototypes inspired by what I needed day-to-day to make mom life just a bit smoother. Tiny tweaks, big relief.

At Ma.Me, we have a real soft spot for new moms—especially those feeling stuck at home, battling cabin fever while trying to juggle naps, feedings, and the unpredictable chaos of toddlerhood. I know that feeling deeply. I’ve lived it. That postpartum period can be so isolating—and it doesn’t just affect us, it affects our babies too.

My mission is to help moms not feel imprisoned by their new normal. I want to empower them to say “yes” to lunch with a friend, a park day, or a stroll—even on a cold afternoon. Whether it's an errand, an airport, or an adventure, our products are here to support those little escapes that bring fresh air and brighter days.

We create items that are easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to love. They’re built to last, perfect to gift, and meant to be passed along. But most importantly, they’re made to help you feel more confident, more free, and more like you again.

Here’s to reclaiming joy, one outing at a time. I hope Ma.Me brings a little ease to your day—and big smiles to your little ones.

And the name?
I spent weeks searching for something simple, sweet, and memorable—something that felt just right. I thought about it constantly, turning over names day and night. Then one day, my second daughter, who was 2.5 at the time and hadn’t started speaking yet, walked up, placed her hand on my leg, and said, “Ma… me?”

In that tiny moment, something clicked.
It was tender, unexpected, and perfect.
Just like that, the name found us.

Ma.Me was born—and it’s been hers, mine, and yours ever since.
